If you received the DPS 1205 form, which is the form from the administrative suspension that follows anyone who refused or anyone who took the state's test and went over the legal limit, you need to file an appeal. We only have ten business days which is counted this way: start the day after arrest is day one but if that's a weekend day or a state holiday you don't count that day. You only count weekdays that are not state holidays and not weekend days. Therefore we count the days to make sure we get the letter in on time.

We send it two separate ways with confirmed delivery, certified mail, and by fax with a confirmation. These are very important to file because if you don't file this and you lose the right to drive there is no further appeal. You're going to be suspended for up to a full year. If you're a repeat offender it could be three years or five years. Don't mess around with an administrative suspension. Call us as this service is included as part of our fee. You get a free interview so please call us 24/7 as we are here to help you.
