Many of the police officers who make DUI arrests about 90% of them in the state of Georgia now have video equipment. Just because they have video equipment though, doesn't mean you should talk or try and get out and do agility exercises on the side of the road. They are designed for you to fail. They're going to be subjectively graded. You couldn't pass them on carpeted floor in an air conditioned room much less on a sloped highway. Don't attempt them. The best you can do is be reasonable and be polite. Say, “I'd like to speak to an attorney, I'm not familiar with this process, and can I call an attorney? I have his or her number”.

If the police officer wont’ let you do that, think how that's going to look to a jury later when you're being reasonable and polite. There's no reason to get upset. There's no reason to use profanity. There's no reason to threaten or try to drop names of people that you know in government. The best thing to do is remain silent. Don't do field sobriety evaluations and be polite throughout the process. The officer will be perceived as someone doing his job. You should be perceived as a reasonable and articulate person and you don't need to talk to prove that.
