Georgia Case Profiles on Avvo
One of the things that we have found valuable is to have our services reviewed on web sites that are basically lawyer rating sites. A few years ago one was launched call AVVO.com. This particular site is free. You cannot buy your way to the top. There is no paying to get to the top and is simply credential based. On that site we were able to put the profile of many of our cases. I know Mr. Kohn is loaded thirty or forty cases and I have loaded sixty two cases on there. These are actual case profiles without the names of the clients that are on the web site for you to review.
Why do we do that? It’s because we don't want you to just take our word for it that we try cases. We want to give you real examples with the name of the court, with the name of the judge, and the date that it was done. We have that information that we've put on this site. Now that's full disclosure as much as an attorney can make and I’m loading more and more on there. My objective, before the end of the year, is to have somewhere between a hundred fifty and two hundred cases.
I'm going to keep loading them until I reach a thousand total cases on there. The problem with it is the database is not set up that you can sort through it by topic. I have asked them to do that so that you can choose between breath testing, blood testing, accident cases, and under twenty one. Hopefully that database will one day let you sort through it because it could get unmanageable with a thousand cases listed.
