One other thing you need to know about any offense that occurs and you have a suspension of your license. The suspension from an administrative standpoint only goes back five years. If you have to have a suspension put into place then you’re going to not have any permission to drive for one full year on a second offense and you’re not going to have any permission to drive for five years on a third offense.

On that five year third offense after twenty four months an adult driver twenty one or over may apply for a probationary license. However if you're under twenty you won’t be allowed to apply for that. You have to go a full thirty months with nothing to drive on if you're under age and you have a third offense. Be aware that the lack of being able to drive is going to be crippling to you if you're a repeat offender and you’re counted as a second or third offender within the applicable time period.
