To attain success in a DUI case you going to have to be patient sometimes. In some courts the system is very slow to move and it's very frustrating to people who are constantly worrying about this case and they want to get it off their mind and get it past them. We can’t move the case but so fast in certain courts. For example for in state court is probably the slowest court system in the country and definitely the slowest in the state of Georgia. That is the court where any municipal case (out of Sandy Springs, Milton, Johns Creek, Roswell, Alpharetta and Union City) if you want a jury trial that's where it goes.

It's like a gigantic bottleneck because it will slow down the case for six months to a year and there's not much we can do about it. Until the case gets a case number and is actually filed into court, we can’t even file a speedy trial demand. Think of this as a journey and don't think of this as some kind of a hundred yard dash. We're not there for speed, we’re there for results. Be patient with us. We can only move as fast as the court system and we will do the job for you as soon as we’re given the opportunity. Knowing this you can’t have an administrative suspension because it will be over. You will spend twelve months with no license if you don't get a good result at the administrative hearing. That's why experience pays in these cases.
