When I purchased my machine and everyone who gets an Intoxilyzer get’s a warranty like everybody else does. I know that you can’t see this from there but I want to read you what they say about the warranty of this particular device. This is from an exhibit in a national case. There are no warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchant ability or be liable for any loss of profits or any indirect or consequential damages arising out of such defects in material or workmanship. They have a ninety day warranty unless you bought the extended warranty.

Basically that's the warranty given on a forensic device in the state of Georgia and every machine in Georgia is about anywhere from 5-12 years old and these devices are constantly breaking down. In one case recently an expert you did over ten thousand breath test has testified that it broke down about thirty percent of the time and you would have to move to a different machine or start over due to some failure and the ability of the machine to give an adequate reading. That's the test used in Georgia. If you're comfortable with those results and you don't mind being convicted by this machine, don't call us. If you want to fight the machine, give us a call.
