Understanding Potential Monetary Costs of Your Case
One of the first questions that most be people have is: how much does it cost? Well, we don’t talk about price for three reasons. First of all, we have four different fee levels in our office with my fees being the highest. And we also have staged in fees based upon how much work is done in your case. You don’t pay one price regardless of results. In our office you may a retainer to start the case. You pay and equal amount once we do pretrial motions, which is stage of the case were we are trying to exclude evidence prior to trial. If we win the case at the first stage or the second you pay no more fees at that point. But if the case has to go to trial, you have one more installment of equal amount for the trial. And that’s all the fees that we charge. Their flat fees ; there’s no add-ons except whatever costs are incurred for expert witness and other matters that relate to your case.
