Many of the people who come to our office tell us that their schedules are not going to permit them to be in court very often without causing problems with work. We can get powers of attorney signed by you so that you don't have to be here for any of the preliminary matters. You will have to be here for certain hearings and trial if trial is necessary. When you come in be sure to mention that to us. We'll have those forms signed the day that you're there.

We can prevent you from being here, and if you live out of state, from flying back to court for needless hearings. That's something we do in most cases and we can prevent you from coming about ninety percent of the hearings that we have to go to. That's one of the benefits of having a firm that does it full time and has attorneys to cover all the hearings for you.
