A person with a long history of alcohol dependency, as proven by many DUI arrests, will often have one alternative available to them if they're willing to do it. That's going to probably require that they take a leave from work or even quit work, but you may need to go to an in-house treatment program. Now many people say, “My goodness that’s going to cost tens or hundreds of thousand dollars. I can’t afford that.” Believe it or not there are many places you can go and it's either free or nearly free to go there because the support of our contributions and the people who are in that facility actually work there. You might have to help in the kitchen.

You might have to help around the facility. These are many times Christian based organizations, but not all of them are, some of them are just based on other concepts. If you need that kind of facility our network of attorneys knows every facility in the state. We have a chart and a list that we use and we recommend to people. If you're in that situation and you know you want to try and avoid jail time, because it's a certain thing you're going to get if you go to trial and lose or if you plead to lose, we can help you with those facilities. They may be the answer to your turnaround but they certainly aren’t the answer to avoiding jail.
