In the state of Georgia the Intoxilyzer 5000 machine can be run with a simulator, which is a wet bath solution that’s mix to a certain level to simulate an alcohol level of .080. They can run it with that. It can be hooked up and run on every single person’s test. The state of Georgia….don't have to do that. They have never done that on each test. Now once every calendar quarter and the way they define that is between January and the end of March etc. You can have a test done on it to check and see if it's OK on January 2nd.

The first day that everybody is back to work after the new year and then check June 30th and that's proper testing in Georgia per calendar quarter. If you happen to be in the city of Atlanta which is the busiest breath test in the state or has been, and some of those in Cobb County are very busy too, you could've run a thousand tests in that time period. No computer database, just simply was it working on January 2nd? Was it working on June 30th? Good enough for government work in the state of Georgia. That’s the breath machine as used and as utilized in our state.
