If we're going to have you testify or on one of your friends who may have been a passenger in the car or have facts about the case that would be important. We’re going to spend the time to go over that with you so that you or your witness will understand what's going on. We don't want to walk into court and not know what to expect from the prosecutor, from the judge, how to address the jury, and how they should look when they come to court.

We’re going to go over all of that. That part is preparation. We do not tell a witness what to say. We simply explain to a witness how to answer a question. In other words, instead of saying, “I think that light might have been green when we went through it”. We either are going to have you give an answer that you know the answer to and we're not going to have you speculate or give an answer that looks like you're guessing.

We go through all these things to decide what we’re going to ask you. What are we not going to ask you or your witness and we get you prepared for court. If you're going to be needed or a witness we’ll prepare. Don't worry about it. We’ll get it done.
