As of July 1st, 2008 the law in Georgia changed. Instead of the maximum number of community service hours being two hundred forty hours there is now a provision for four hundred and eighty hours or sixty days of eight hours of community service required for a fourth offense. You don’t want to have this on your record. You don't want to be going through that. You don't want to be spending time in jail.

If you're charged with repeat offenses you must go to someone who specializes in this field. No more than you would not go to a specialist if you had a repeat incidence of cancer would you not go to a specialist when you have a repeat DUI offense. Come in and talk to us to get a free interview and lets us evaluate your case to see if we can avoid another DUI conviction for you.
