The great majority of DUI cases do not go to a jury trial or even a bench trial, which is a judge trial. The reason being is that many of these cases can be resolved short of the trial. However, it is extremely important that each case that comes into my office I examined as if the case is going to trial.

When a client sits in front of me for the first time I look at the case and in my head I'm already doing a closing argument of what I would say to a judge or a jury. I utilize this to help come up with a theory of the case that I can use to win your case or perhaps get the charges reduced to a non-dui disposition.
