We try to do a good job of educating our clients on what to expect as far as communication from us. What to expect about when you’re going to hear something new on a case. We don't just call you to take up your time and bother you on your cell phone when nothing's going on. Many times in cases we’re waiting on the prosecutors' next move and waiting for the prosecutor to respond. When we get a video or a police report or anything that’s relevant, we send that to you so you can evaluate it and that may require us to talk to you or you to come in to visit. That’s fine. Our staff is there to support you.

I actually have three paralegals that work just for me. Why do I do that? Well I cover a pretty long day. They're there for at least thirteen hours of my day. I also want to make sure that when the phone rings we catch that call. If we don't catch it, there should be an e-mail back or a text mail back to you within five minutes. That's the typical day for us Monday through Friday from 6 AM to around 7 PM. We try to do that because we know how much stress you’re under and the last thing you want is to get an answering machine and no call back or no connection. Remember don’t just call in to say what's going on because if we get something we're going to tell you.
