The new law keeps the samaritan from facing criminal chanrges if they damage a person's vehicle during the rescue.\" width=\"746\" height=\"497\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Many states have criminal laws that punish parents and caregivers with fines and even jail time if they leave a child unattended in a car.
