According to <a href=\"https:\/\/law.justia.com\/codes\/georgia\/2022\/title-16\/chapter-7\/article-3\/section-16-7-61\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Georgia Code \u00a7 16-7-61<\/a>, a person commits this crime when they knowingly use fire or explosives to damage any building, vehicle, railroad car, watercraft, aircraft, or other structure that is not a dwelling, without the owner&#8217;s consent or in which another has a security interest, such as a mortgage or lien, without the consent of both parties involved.
