In the State of Georgia, 100% of the people who are given a DUI ticket are usually given an administrative license suspension form. This document is a piece of paper that the officer hands you that tells you that your privilege to drive is going to be suspended unless you do certain things to protect your right to drive. This form has to be responded to within 10 business days after your arrest. We can assist you with that form because it is a fairly complicated procedure and you have to make sure that you have proof that you delivered the notice to the Department of Driver Services. This used to be called the Department of Motor Vehicle Safety. This form is very critical to your case and we’ll tell you more about how your hearing on that matter can help win your DUI case.
